Like many other online services, the Website does not respond to “do not track” browser signals with respect to such sharing with third parties.

By using the Site, you expressly relieve Concierge from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

Data Security and Retention

Concierge uses commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion.  However, no security program is 100% secure, and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Concierge retains your information for as long as reasonably necessary for its legitimate purposes, to provide the Website to you, to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

Your California Rights

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about the collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months and the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.  To make such a request, contact us at info@conciergetechnology.net or at https://www.conciergetechnology.net/contact-us/.  Please note that we are only required to respond to two such requests per customer each year.

You also have the right not to be discriminated against if you exercise any of your rights under California privacy law.

Concierge may have collected the following categories of personal information of California residents who visited the Website in the past 12 months:

  • Identifiers such as a name, Internet Protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers.

This information is collected and used for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy.  Concierge has not sold personal information of Website visitors in the past 12 months.  Concierge may have disclosed any of the above categories of personal information pursuant to an individual’s consent or under a written contract with a service provider for a business purpose in the past 12 months.

Children’s Privacy

The Website is not intended for nor directed to children under 13, and Concierge will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.  We request that children under 13 do not provide information to us through the Website.

Information for Users from Outside the United States

The personal information that we collect through or in connection with the Services may be transferred to and processed outside the country of your residence, for the purposes described above.  Concierge also may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, affiliates or third parties in the United States or countries other than your country of residence.  The data-protection laws in these countries may be different from, and less stringent than, those in your country of residence.  By agreeing to this Privacy Policy in the course of using the Website or by providing any personal information to us, you expressly consent to such transfer and processing.
